Results Reports
Solo results for the 2007 Southern Region Oireachtas will be available
in paper form at the conclusion of awards for each competition. The results will
only be available on Saturday and Sunday, the weekend of the event. Team results
will only be available to TCRGs. All solo results packets will list complete competitor
results including both recallers and non-recallers. In larger competitions these
results will be up to 12 pages. For this reason, no results will be available by
mail or e-mail after the event concludes on Sunday. No exceptions. Southern Region
TCRGs with dancers competing in the 2007 Oireachtas will receive one set of results
per school to include both solo and team competitions.
Results Procedures
Solo results will be pre sold for $5.00 beginning Friday night.
Results may be purchased on the 8th floor foyer when purchasing program books and
admissions from the results table. A pre-printed form will be available that will
include dancer name, school name, competition number and competition description.
Example: Sally Jones, Dublin School, #12 Girls under 9. Please complete one form
per dancer. Once the award ceremony has concluded for that individual competition,
dancers may come by the results table and pick up their pre purchased results. A
check list will be kept of the names of all pre-purchasers and names will be marked
off as results are picked up. In the event that you do not pre purchase results
prior to the award ceremony you will have to complete the results form and pick
up your results as copies are reproduced and made available. They will not be pre-printed
and immediately available at the conclusion of your award presentation.
